Nature of the service
Steel Tank Inspection carries out API 653 and STI SP001 inspections on welded steel storage tanks: external and internal examinations, ultrasonic thickness readings, bottom evaluation, and the report the standard requires. Submitted projects may be shared with independent inspection providers. Inspection, testing, certification, engineering evaluation, repairs, insurance and any dispute arising from the work are the sole responsibility of those companies and of the certified personnel who perform them.
